Delivery Fee: Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and delivery destination. Standard delivery starts from GH¢15 within Accra and increases with distance (up to 4x for the farthest regions). Express and same-day options are available at 1.5x and 2x the standard rate, and local pickup is available at a discounted rate compared to door delivery.
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 24 hours. During peak periods (holidays, promotions), processing may take 2-3 business days.
Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email and SMS with tracking information. You can also track your order in your account.
Delivery Attempts: If delivery is attempted and no one is available, our courier will leave a note. Please contact them within 3 days to reschedule.
